test weights
crane test
According to DGUV principle 309-001, every operator of crane systems must inspect these systems on a regular basis.
We can offer our utility model protected system for this.
These systems consist of different plates, each of which has cast in four threaded inserts for safe lifting. Two short and two long locking pins secure the test plates when lifting. A traverse with two safety attachment points distributes the lifting forces via a 2- or 4-leg chain to the crane hook. The test plates are connected to the bolts and the traverse via two square tubes. The test panels are simply placed on top of each other with a forklift/crane. Cones that are integrated in the plates center each other. All metal parts are primed and painted in traffic red (RAL 3020), all concrete slabs are painted in light gray (RAL 7035). The weights have a tolerance of -0/+2.5% and are cast using a scale.
The weights cannot be calibrated.
Tenwinkel system test weight
1.1t to 16.5t / 1500 x 2000mm
This utility model protected test weight system consists of eight coordinated test plates (2x 1100 kg, 1300 kg, 2000 kg and 4x 2750 kg, tolerance -0+2.5%). Each plate has cast in four threaded inserts M30 for safe lifting.
The following cranes can be tested with 10% overload.
1,000 kg = 1,100kg
2,000 kg = 2,200kg
3,200 kg = 3,500kg
5,000 kg = 5,500kg
7,500 kg = 8,250kg
10,000 kg = 11,000kg
12,500 kg = 13,750kg
15,000 kg = 16,500kg
Tenwinkel system test weight
The optional undercarriage enables flexible handling of the 16.5 t. with a small 2 t. forklift. They reach almost every corner of the test location and maneuver safely in every room.
Tenwinkel system test weight
1.1t to 5.5t / 1000 x 1500mm
This utility model-protected test weight system consists of four coordinated test plates (2x 1100 kg, 1300 kg and 2000 kg, tolerance -0+2.5%). Each plate has cast in four threaded inserts M24 for safe lifting.
The following cranes can be tested with 10% overload.
1,000 kg = 1,100kg
2,000 kg = 2,200kg
3,200 kg = 3,500kg
5,000 kg = 5,500kg
Individual test weights
We can also customize test weights according to your needs.
-
Do you have limited forklift capacity and therefore need lighter individual weights?
-
Or does your access only allow a certain external dimension?
-
Or do you need a test system above 16.5t. ?
Based on our test weight systems, we can configure various coordinated test plates. Each plate has four cast-in threaded inserts for safe lifting of the respective total test load. Two short and two long locking pins secure the test plates when lifting. The test panels would be connected to each other via various traverses, square tubes, bolts and shackles. The test panels can be easily stacked with a forklift/crane. Cones can be integrated into the plates to center plates with each other. The design can be individually adapted by our own mold construction and our own painting.
Individual weights up to 30t. are currently feasible. Composite systems are tested for manufacturability.
documentation
All weights and thread systems are checked, and the hoists are installed by us with a certificate and correspond to the respective safety loads.
Each weight system comes with a manual with a declaration of conformity.
